Attendees had a fun-filled weekend of unforgettable experiences, with cooking demonstrations by 80 local and international chefs, delicious samplings of local restaurant offerings and the best of wine, beers and liquors. Special dinners wowed the crowd and the convivial atmosphere of Saborea Puerto Rico delighted them.
“We finished an event that gave a taste of our culinary culture to the world. Puerto Rico shone… and we reaffirmed that we are the culinary capital of the Caribbean, “ said Clarisa Jiménez, president and CEO of the PuertoRico Hotel & Tourism Association.
