"Congratulations! Please allow me to borrow that opening statement from your letter of December 29 -- when you first informed us of our selection as one of the winners of Tables Magazine's Chef's Hat Award - because you do deserve to be congratulated!
The activity for this year's winners was a big success and I am sure everyone enjoyed it as much as I did. The award itself is very pretty and looks quite prestigious. Aside from being very happy and satisfied for our restaurant's selection as one of the winners, I am quite hopeful that this annual activity will grow to become the true representation of a restaurant's recognition in Puerto .
