Welcome to the 2011 edition of TABLES, Puerto Rico’s Guide to Great Dining. We took particular pleasure in preparing this issue: it gave us the opportunity to revisit restaurants that have been serving a satisfied clientele during the past 10 years…as well as to visit some wonderful new ones that expand your options even more.

There are so many restaurants offering delicious choices in Puerto Rico. You can find some exciting places to enjoy our local foods – comidas criollos – as well as the ethnic foods your palate might crave. Our alphabetic Restaurant Guide details over 700 restaurants to choose from. The Index gives their type of cuisine and also cross-references them geographically, so you can find those that are nearby.
