TABLES features restaurant reviews, profiles of people in the industry, articles about the foods of Puerto Rico, recipes and photos, as well as columns dedicated to all other aspects of the dining experience: wines and liquors, Tabletops and everything on them (flowers, dishes, linens, etc.) , and Home Tables, information for the home cook in Puerto Rico. All of this editorial content is published in a bilingual (Spanish / English) format.

TABLES showcases the variety of restaurants in Puerto Rico and allows the restaurant-goer to make an informed choice.

TABLES is the only restaurant-specific magazine in Puerto Rico. it is the foremost source of information not only for tourists, but for island residents as well.

TABLES is distributed in the major hotels in Puerto Rico, either in-room, on the executive floor, or at the concierge desk. It is also distributed through the Puerto Rico Convention Bureaus and the Puerto Rico Tourism Company locally and worldwide.

TABLES' readers are those who enjoy eating out and shopping. Therefore, TABLES gives your product / restaurant high visibility among people with discretionary income.

TABLES articles are written by the professional food critics, writers, chefs, sommeliers and well-known newspaper columnists of Puerto Rico.

TABLES is published 2 times a year. Rates shown are for full-color ads, per issue Discounts available for multi-issue, prepaid contracts. Call for more information. Restaurant ads include a showcase box in Guide and bold listing in Restaurant Index. Advertisers will be mentioned on the TABLES website (www.tablespr.com)

Digital format ads are the preferred method of submission to TABLES. All submissions may be provided on a ZIP disk or CD-ROM (Mac or PC). Sending via email discouraged due to file size. Negatives (with match print) also accepted, but not preferred. TABLES graphic artists use PC platform and therefore prefer graphic files in PC format. While Mac media can be sent, Mac fonts are incompatible with PCs and cannot be accepted. Please see the charts below to determine what you can send and how: PC Users Format Software Notes TIF Many Please submit at 300 DPI in CMYK format. EPS Illustrator Please include fonts. PSD Photoshop Set up as 300 DPI, CMYK file. Please include fonts. QXD Quark Please include fonts. JPG Many Please submit at 300 DPI in CMYK format. MAC Users Format Software Notes TIF Many *Preferred Method - Please submit at 300 DPI in CMYK format. EPS Illustrator Please convert all fonts to PATHS - no fonts accepted. PSD Photoshop Set up as 300 DPI, CMYK file. Please render all text layers - no fonts accepted. QXD Quark Submit only if no fonts are used, otherwise export to EPS and send as EPS per above. JPG Many Please submit at 300 DPI in CMYK format. All media and materials will be returned, please provide return address.

Ads can be designed by TABLES for $100 each. Artwork, photos, and/or logos must be provided (will be returned). Call for more information.

For each placement, the advertiser will make a 50% advance payment of the total amount when signing the contract, and 50% at print. If an ad is cancelled prior to the end of the agreement, the advertiser shall be subject to a penalty equal to 20% of the remaining insertions.

All cancellations must be received in writing at TABLES' office 30 days before print.
